Lurve...... is a many splendored thing

As it’s Valentine’s Day today and Lurve (with a capital L) is in the air, we thought it only fitting that the blog this week should have a romantic theme.

And because we’re not great ones for hearts, roses and all things red and cutsey (well, not in public any way), we thought we’d go punstatic and share with you Badger’s top ten romantic tunes of all time (give or take a bit of artistic licence). Feel free to come up with some of your own and share them on Twitter – there’s a prize of a Countryside Sett in it for the best suggestions.

1.You Will Sett The World On Fire (David Bowie)

2.You Brock my World (Michael Jackson)

3.Saving All My Love Fur You (Whitney Houston)

4.Bristle my Hairs (Warmer)

5.You’ve Got to Hide your Love Away (The Beatles)

6.A Hole in My Heart (Cyndi Lauper)

7.Ebony and Ivory (Paul McCartney and Stevie Wonder)

8.Going Underground (The Jam)

9.Tunnel of Love (Dire Straits)

10.The White Stripes (Fell in Love with a Girl)
