We'd love to introduce you to our new Summer Menus, launching this month in all our Managed Houses.
There are exciting new dishes, such as the Salade Lyonnaise, our take on a French classic with home-cured bacon and crackling and a delicate poached egg, or the rich Gloustershire Old Spot Loin of Pork. We've also got Whole Roast Brixham Plaice, with a caper butter and light accompaniments and a delightful blend of sweet and savoury in our Stuffed Butternut Squash, filled with Dorset Blue Vinny cheese and walnuts. Or how about the creamy Field Mushroom Penne Pasta, and our succulent new Ribs (and our Chicken Wings) are served smothered with our very own Chef Scott's smoky BBQ sauce.
If you love Eton Mess, ours has been given a summery flavour, with real Pimm's liqueur (one for the grown-ups only!) and a striking new addition to the menu is the Hot Chocolate Affogato; luxurious dark pouring chocolate with Salcombe Dairy's Brewer's Malt Ice-Cream, infused with malt from our very our Badger Brewery. If you loved our Salted Caramel Sundae, we've brought in a Waffle Toffee Sundae, with nuggets of delicious, sugar-studded Belgian waffle and decadent toffee sauce.
