The Badger beer garden at Hampton Court

beer_garden

As you may already know we will be the first Brewery in the history of Hampton Court to have a garden at the famous flower show.

We took a  look at past entries and thought with gardens that represent Monaco roof tops  perfected Japanese flower gardens covered and gardens that recreate the  glamour of the Riviera ticked off what’s missing? Which is why we’re  creating The Badger Beer Garden – A Taste of the Country for Hampton Court! We are just surprised it took us this long to think of it – because  where else would you want to be on a summer’s afternoon than in a beautiful Dorset beer garden?

The garden which has been designed by John Warland and Sim  Flemons of Flemons Warland Design will take a piece of Dorset countryside into London and which Londoner wouldn’t  appreciate that? Referencing the landscape surrounding our brewery and using  beer bottles in a way that has never been seen before at the flower show the  garden will certainly be a show stopper. In fact this is probably  the first time beer bottles have ever made an appearance at The Hampton Court  Palace Flower Show!

Not only will we have the garden but we’ll also be sampling  Badger ales as well – so we are anticipating quite a crowd in our little ale lovers’ heaven!

We want some of our green fingered friends to join us in the journey so we are giving 50 people the chance to WIN some Dorset plants for  your garden! Just tell us your favourite place to enjoy a bottle of Badger in summer on facebook or twitter and our favourite suggestions will win a Plantify  Dorset Spring Woodland Collection of plants.

How does your garden grow…… well that’s what we’d like to  know! So if you do win please post your pics and updates so we can keep up with  your progress.

The Badger.
