The Upton Inn Creates Voodoo-Q

 Business Partner Jamie Pike from the Upton Inn, Upton Cheyney, has had a very busy year reviewing his marketing strategy in the aim to relaunch his public house. 

Jamie and his team have worked extremely hard to improve their guest offering and have created a fantastic unique selling point in the form of Voodoo-Q, a New Orleans style BBQ smokehouse, in the Upton Inn car park. This fantastic idea optimises space for the summer months, bringing in more guests and providing something a little different within the local area. The menu consists of many authentic smoke-house dishes including pulled pork, homemade slaw and brisket chilli.

Jamie has worked with the BP Marketing team to create a bespoke marketing plan, undergoing an extensive competitor analysis including price ranging, promotion and market segmentation. Jamie has operated closely with the Global Group to create a whole host of new marketing materials as well as XA Digital to design a new fully integrated website. Well done to the whole team for all of your hard work, it certainly seems to be paying off!
