One Year Fixed Term

£18,000 per annum

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR & Payroll Administrator within our HR team based in our Brewery in Blandford, Dorset.

Hall & Woodhouse is a Dorset-based, family-owned, regional brewer. Founded over 230 years ago, by Charles Hall, we started brewing Badger beer and running pubs within five years of one another. The company still brews Badger ales and has 200 pub-restaurants, hotels and inns across the south of England. 

As HR & Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for:

 

  • Ensuring that our weekly and monthly payrolls are administered accurately and on time
  • Ensuring that payroll related queries and requests are actioned in good time
  • Administering all benefits to include starters, leavers and amendments
  • Act as the point of contact for all payroll and benefits queries from team  members
  • General HR administration.

 

The successful applicant will have good IT skills including the use of Word, Excel and Outlook, together with the ability to learn the payroll software quickly. You will have strong administrative skills and a high level of accuracy as well as a high level of trust as you will have access to highly confidential data.  You will have a willingness to learn and have the confidence to develop strong organisation, interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in payroll would be an advantage.
