The new Autumnal menus celebrate the best of seasonal cooking, the team at the Brewery spend months developing a broad selection of recipes for both regular menus and specials, sourcing the best possible ingredients.
Dishes that feature on menus include classic favourites, like Burgers and Pies and new additions with modern flair, such as Thai Curries, and as always – some show-stopping puddings.
Food Development Manager Sarah Miles says:
“We are really excited by our new menus, they are the culmination of a lot of hard work by the team. Our aim was to create something for everyone with a variety of classic comfort foods and tempting dishes using exciting new flavours. Some of my favourites include our Thai Jungle Curry and Kedgeree Arancini, which use winter warming spices, and our selection of puds made using winter fruits, and not forgetting the ultimate comfort food … A homely and comforting pie.”
