Though it looks 200 years old, the De Havilland Arms in Elvetham Heath was built in 2003 and was named after Geoffrey de Havilland - the British aviation innovator. The farmhouse design, with a beautiful terrace and garden outside and roaring log fires, flagstones and oak beams inside, make the community pub perfect for all seasons. This is a great opportunity for a competent and confident AM ready to level up and broaden their experience in a cover DGM assignment. Starting at re-opening help lead our wonderful team in this amazing high energy and rewarding business.
As Covering DGM at the DeHavilland you will receive:

Job Specification - apply if you are:
- Experienced in the AM role or similar, with a proven ability to lead and inspire a team
- Able to ensure that the site cash, security and safety procedures are adhered to
- Well presented and able to follow standard procedures to manage the business and execute service effectively.
- Able to commit to support the GM in developing the pub restaurant
- Driven to maintain impeccable guest service
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic about hospitality
