Wrington Road, Congresbury, Somerset, BS49 5AR
Situated in the beautiful Somerset countryside, there is no better place to relax than the White Hart Inn. Dating back to the 16th century, this historic inn is believed to have originally been a beer and cider house for labourers from the Urchinwood Estate. Today (as well as its award-winning Badger Beer from Dorset), the pub is renowned for outstanding food, exceptional hospitality and its stunning landscaped garden, with adjoining paddock for younger guests to enjoy.
The team at the White Hart pride themselves on serving fresh, home-cooked, locally sourced food and their mouth-watering carvery is especially popular, which is available not only on a Sunday but also on a Wednesday as a mid-week treat. The pub’s spacious garden is a beautiful setting for a summer’s day, ideal for enjoying a cold drink or alfresco dining. And in the winter months, cosy log fires make the White Hart the perfect destination whatever the weather.
