    WAREHAM, Dorset

The Old Granary is an iconic pub situated on the banks of the river Frome. We’ve discovered a delightful walk from the ancient town of Wareham which circuits between the Frome and Piddle rivers. The route boasts glorious views over the saltmarsh towards Poole Harbour, Lady St Mary’s church and Wareham marsh - a reservoir which is a haven for birdlife. Cross over paddocks, a quaint wooden bridge and the beautiful reed beds of the Frome River, followed by something delicious from our menu.
