A long and fruity cocktail, best served in a highball over ice.

Ingredients

Serves 1-2

Glass: highball

 

60ml dark rum (Havana Club 7 year old)

30ml freshly squeezed orange

30ml freshly squeezed pineapple

20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

15ml blueberry syrup**

5ml ginger syrup

2 dashes Angostura bitters

120ml chilled Blandford Flyer

Method

Fill the highball with ice and pour the 120ml Blandford Flyer. Shake the remaining ingredients with ice, hard. Fine strain into the glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and orange wheel.
