Christmas Offers 2026 Terms & Conditions

1. Something to Start the Season

• Offer valid for bookings made on or before 31 October 2026. Pre-booking is essential and deposit must be paid by 31 October 2026.
• Guests must book and dine between 18 and 30 November 2026, inclusive.
• Each guest will receive one complimentary glass of Prosecco when ordering three courses from the Celebration Set Menu. A complimentary soft drink alternative is also available.
• The offer is available at participating Hall & Woodhouse Managed Houses only.
• The complimentary drink cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
• Subject to availability. Hall & Woodhouse reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer where reasonably necessary.

2. Our Gift to You: Christmas Day Gift Voucher

• Offer valid for Christmas Day bookings made and confirmed on or before 31 October 2026. Pre-booking is essential and deposit must be paid by 31 October 2026.
• Eligible bookings will receive one £20 Hall & Woodhouse gift voucher per booking, regardless of party size.
• A valid email address must be provided at the time of booking to receive the voucher.
• Gift vouchers will be issued by email from 1 November 2026.
• The £20 gift voucher is valid for redemption from 1 to 31 January 2027 only.
• The voucher must be redeemed by 31 January 2027 and cannot be extended beyond this date.
• The voucher is redeemable against food and drink at participating Hall & Woodhouse pubs.
• The offer is available at participating Hall & Woodhouse Managed Houses only.
• The voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
• If a qualifying Christmas Day booking is cancelled, Hall & Woodhouse reserves the right to invalidate the associated gift voucher.
• The voucher is subject to Hall & Woodhouse’s standard gift voucher terms and conditions.
• Hall & Woodhouse reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer where reasonably necessary.
