Hall & Woodhouse partners with Poole Quay Events for 2026 season
Hall & Woodhouse has become a supporting partner of Poole Quay Events for the first time, reinforcing its commitment to the local community ahead of the summer season.
The partnership follows H&W’s growing presence on Poole Quay, with the opening of The Quay in June 2025. The company also owns its Business Partner pubs, The Lord Nelson and Portsmouth Hoy, on Poole Quay, making its partnership with Poole Quay Events a natural next step to support the area’s tourism and wider economy.

With more people visiting and spending time on Poole Quay, it’s important for us to help deliver this varied events programme. The team at Poole Quay Events does a brilliant job of bringing the community together and showcasing everything the town has to offer to new visitors, creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.”
Poole Quay Events was co-founded by Anna Doyle from The Yachtsman pub in Hamworthy and Michelle Smith from the Poole Arms in Poole in 2024. The pair has since run a long-established annual programme of seasonal events on Poole Quay, attracting thousands of visitors across the season. Poole BID is the headline sponsor of Poole Quay Events 2026. The series includes the popular Bike Nights running every Tuesday from 5pm to 9pm until September. The Miniature Steam Festival takes place on Saturday 2nd May, from 10am to 6pm, while the Folk Festival follows on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th June, from 11am to 6pm.
Car Nights are held every Friday throughout July and August, from 6pm to 9pm. Additionally, live music performances take place every Saturday and Sunday from 25th July to 31st August, between 12pm and 6pm. The events are free to attend and play an important role in driving footfall and supporting local businesses.
