A beautiful, re-furbished village pub
In the village of Kirdford, close to Petworth, the Foresters Arms is a great example of a quality, country pub. although newly re-furbished, the pub was built in the 17th century, and remains steeped in character, with wooden beams, stone floors and a cosy inglenook fireplace.
The Foresters is renowned for its home-cooked food and friendly atmosphere. There is something for everyone, with a relaxed village bar, a more formal restaurant area, and a new Orangery, perfect for private events and functions. During the summer months, you will find many visitors and locals enjoying the pub’s attractive and spacious beer garden.
Please note this pub is temporarily closed as it has benefited from a major investment scheme, and is due to re-open early 2025. A huge thank you to all our guests for your continued support and we look forward to welcoming you back soon!
